HCH Bearing has officially passed the IATF 16949:2025 latest-version automotive quality management system recertification, marking that the company's automotive-grade bearing products meet the latest international automotive industry standards across design, manufacturing and testing, and providing qualification assurance for further expansion into the new energy vehicle supply chain.
IATF 16949 is the globally recognized automotive industry quality management system standard issued by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF). It builds on ISO 9001 by adding automotive-specific requirements for design, manufacturing, testing and continuous improvement. The 2025 version further strengthens risk prevention, defect prevention, supply chain management and process control capabilities, placing higher demands on a company's end-to-end quality control. Recertification means a company must fully align with the new version across system documentation, on-site audits and product consistency.
As a source factory deeply engaged in bearing manufacturing for many years, HCH's automotive-grade bearings cover key components of new energy vehicles including powertrains, drive motors, reducers and gearboxes. Leveraging more than 300 intelligent production lines, a CNAS-accredited laboratory and a full-process quality control system, the company implements the new standard's requirements at every stage — from raw material incoming inspection, heat treatment and precision grinding through to finished-product testing — and has successfully passed the recertification. This certification means HCH's automotive-grade products meet the latest international standards across design, manufacturing and testing, providing qualification assurance for expansion into the new energy vehicle supply chain, while continuing to serve leading customers such as Bosch and Siemens.
