12 Crossed Roller Bearing Production Lines Launched
The new lines primarily produce high-precision crossed roller bearings for robot harmonic reducers and humanoid joint reducers, further strengthening HCH's supply capability in the precision transmission field. This is another major capacity expansion in the robotics bearing segment following the flexible bearing production lines.
In recent years, as the humanoid robot and industrial robot industries have grown rapidly, demand from harmonic reducers for high-precision crossed roller bearings has surged. With their high rigidity, high rotational accuracy and compact structure, crossed roller bearings have become core components of robot joints and precision transmission units. As a company founded in 1973 and long dedicated to precision bearing manufacturing, HCH Bearing Group leverages more than 300 intelligent production lines and the testing capability of its CNAS-accredited laboratory to seize the rapid growth opportunities across the robotics supply chain and accelerate capacity building for high-precision crossed roller bearings.
The 12 new production lines now officially in operation focus on high-precision crossed roller bearings, mainly supporting robot harmonic reducers and humanoid joint reducers. Combining the company's mature precision grinding process with a 100% inspection process, the new lines keep product rotational accuracy stable at 0.005mm or below, and can deliver P4/P2 ultra-high precision grades on demand. This meets the stringent requirements of harmonic reducers for bearing rigidity, rotational accuracy and consistency, providing downstream customers with a high-quality solution backed by stable, scalable supply.
This commissioning represents another major capacity investment by HCH in the robotics bearing field, following the flexible bearing production lines, and further strengthens the company's supply capability in precision transmission. The new lines will effectively shorten delivery lead times for robot-compatible bearings and, working in synergy with flexible thin-wall bearings and crossed roller bearings, better serve the humanoid and industrial robot supply chains — supporting the autonomous, controllable and high-quality development of domestically produced high-precision bearings in core transmission applications.
