CNAS-Accredited Laboratory Completes New Round of Capability Expansion
HCH's CNAS-accredited laboratory has completed a testing capability expansion, adding a number of new capabilities including accelerated bearing life testing and material spectroscopy analysis. The lab can now autonomously complete full-lifecycle reliability assessment of bearings, further shortening new product validation cycles and supporting rapid product iteration.
HCH's CNAS-accredited laboratory is the core technical platform for the group's product R&D and quality control, with complete testing qualifications and a professional technical team. The lab is equipped with international-class testing equipment including a UK Taylor Hobson roundness tester, a German Spectro spectrometer and a Zeiss metallographic microscope, enabling high-precision measurement of key bearing indicators such as geometric accuracy, material composition and metallographic structure. Its testing capability covers the full quality-control process from raw material incoming inspection to finished-product delivery.
In this capability expansion, the laboratory added accelerated bearing life testing and material spectroscopy analysis. Accelerated life testing obtains bearing fatigue life data within a relatively short time through continuous operation under intensified operating conditions, while material spectroscopy analysis precisely determines the content of each element in bearing steel to ensure that material composition meets standard requirements. Following the expansion, the laboratory can autonomously complete a full-lifecycle reliability assessment covering dimensions such as accuracy, life, material and vibration/noise — without needing to outsource to external bodies — effectively safeguarding testing turnaround and data consistency.
This expansion significantly shortens new product validation cycles, allowing the R&D team to complete sample performance evaluation and design optimization in less time and effectively supporting rapid product iteration. At the same time, the in-house, controllable testing capability provides solid data support for high-end bearing R&D and quality consistency, further strengthening HCH's technical competitiveness in the precision bearing field and laying the foundation for delivering higher-reliability products to customers.
