    Challenge: Harmonic reducers place extreme demands on flexible thin-section bearings -- constant cyclic deformation requires exceptionally long fatigue life and tight lot-to-lot consistency. Any variation in cross-section, raceway finish, or retained torque directly degrades reducer positioning accuracy and service life.

    Solution: HCH supplied its full F5-F40 flexible thin-section bearing series, produced on third-generation intelligent production lines with 100% in-line inspection. Crossed roller bearings with rotational accuracy of <=0.005 mm were paired to support the reducer output stage, providing high moment stiffness within a compact envelope.

    Result: The matched bearing set significantly improved reducer accuracy retention and extended maintenance intervals, enabling the customer to scale collaborative and humanoid robot production volumes while meeting repeatable precision targets.

  • Deep Groove Ball Bearings for New Energy Vehicle Drive Motors

    Solution: HCH engineered low-noise deep groove ball bearings rated to 30,000 RPM, optimizing cage geometry, raceway surface finish and ball grade. Full inspection was performed in the CNAS-recognized laboratory, and production runs under IATF 16949:2025 with 300+ intelligent production lines ensuring traceable, repeatable quality at an annual capacity of 800 million sets.

    Result: The bearings met automotive-grade reliability targets with a design life of 20,000-50,000 hours, supporting the customer's e-drive platform through volume production and helping reduce warranty risk across the vehicle program.

  • Combined Bearing Solution for Industrial Servo Motors & Gearboxes

    Background: An industrial automation equipment OEM sought a single-source bearing partner for its servo motor and matched precision gearbox assemblies.     Challenge: Servo motors demand high-speed precision and low torque ripple, while the paired gearbox must carry high combined radial and axial loads with high torsional rigidity. Sourcing mismatched bearings from multiple vendors had caused inconsistent transmission accuracy and elevated noise.

    Solution: HCH supplied deep groove ball bearings for the servo motor shafts alongside tapered roller and four-point contact bearings for the gearbox output and locating supports. The matched combination was validated through joint application engineering, with raceway and clearance specifications tuned to the customer's load spectrum.

    Result: The integrated solution reduced running noise and energy consumption while improving transmission accuracy and stability, helping the customer raise the positioning precision and reliability of its automation equipment.
